For 6 people: 500 g tomatoes / 500 g eggplant / zucchini 500 g / 4 cloves of garlic / onion 1/6 tablespoons king of prussia restaurants olive oil / herbs / 50 g butter / salt and pepper .
Place a row of zucchini on the onion and garlic, eggplant and tomatoes. Intersperse the garlic and continue until all vegetables. Salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
