Are you one of those who think tofu has no taste? Do you struggle to introduce it into your menus? Follow the guide and you will discover a complete meal (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals) and succulent. It is based on tofu, but also vegetables and fries. Yes, yes, yes, fries. But healthy cooking and everything in a quick recipe, easy, and economical way for all seasons.
Watch out for people who follow the diet hypotoxic: cooking is done fairly hot oven, it is recommended that you avoid. But given the quality and richness of the ingredients, I advise you how to prepare this recipe: use less hot oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Your fries will not or little crispy, but the taste will make you forget that little less.
For this grilled tofu with vegetables and fried with herbs, you will need: a block of firm tofu (and organic if possible!) outlet sport 2 zucchini with the peel 1 red pepper we keep 4 large potatoes (preferably red, because less hyperglycemic) 1 generous tablespoon of herbs (thyme, oregano, fresh rosemary if possible) 4-5 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon agave nectar 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 tablespoon Coffee Fleur de sel or pink Himalayan salt pepper a little basil or chives, or cilantro, or ...
After carefully cleaning your vegetables (the best way is to soak 15 minutes in a bowl of water with a handful of crushed outlet sport green clay to get rid of all unwanted chemicals ... unless they are organic!) kinds, cut them into strips using a mandoline.
Finally, add your fries in last position and sprinkle with thyme, oregano and especially outlet sport fresh rosemary. Put some olive oil on everything and the Fleur de sel or pink salt and bake until vegetables and fries begin to lightly toast (30-35 minutes).
