This video is over 4 years old….. Make this now with 4 16gb flash drives, total size 64gb (Flash drive remember), cost about $30, depending on the parts…

you would have to do some serious software lowes hours of operation modding to get them to register all as one dynamic drive…better flash drives to start…would need flash drives with MLCs instead of SLCs…then hack the firmware in the usb hub so it sees all of the drives as one single drive and it would need to have wear leveling so all the drives were used equally lowes hours of operation in a nutshell…too many details…lol…basicly building an SSD from scratch
well couldnt you just connect the hub to a sub hub ? so it would go like this (4)USB drives Connected Hub Converter Hub my theory involves tricking the second hub into thinking that the whole memory of the first hub is together. let me know what you think. and if it works. id like to do this. ive already found a flashdrive at school. actually two but i returned one since it had folders. the second one was blank.

@DyllanLove334 Actually no I don’t think its a RAID program. There was some program I saw a long time ago that was meant specifically for combining flash drives to 1 big disk. Does anyone remember what this program was called?
This lowes hours of operation is NOT “how to make a flash memory hard drive”… this is “how to put a USB hub, with four USB Flash sticks, into a hard drive housing… The title and presentation gives the impression this project is going to show you how to convert the SATA/IDE connector and use it to drive a USB FLASH storage unit with some sort of middleware/firmeware. Instead we get this?… “Yeah I’m going to put the USB hub INSIDE the hard to open hard drive enclosure”… not fantastic is it… not fantastic lowes hours of operation at all
You can improve the speed of this drive by assigning them in RAID0 configuration. It will improve your speed by a factor of how many drives you have, I’m this case 4. You can do that from the disk managers, in windows, mac or even Linux based systems.
you’ll only get 4*4gb in raid 0 and too get a good raid 0 speed you’ll need a raid controller. you could do it in software but it’s not gonna be worth it, Unless you have high quality usb sticks. If you have high quality lowes hours of operation sticks, they will probably be big dynamic disks. lowes hours of operation
