Finally, the Pied de Cochon the duo of Gabriel MONTAZEAU (alternating in the kitchen) and Carolin B


This contest restoration, dedicated to the alternating group, was held on March 23 at the Ecole Gregoire Ferrandi. This 21th edition was sponsored by Georges BLANC (3 Michelin stars) on the theme "Journey en Bresse."
