This guy you see in the picture, Jon Toral is a source of controversy because, at age 16, has been "stolen" from Arsenal to Barcelona youth system. Everyone puts his hands to his head but I do reflect, cast the first stone club not "steal" players to other teams, with their age. If you do not know it is what I say, English clubs can only sign guys that age within 30 km., So that, to be competitive, they have to be very savvy to weave a network of scouts and informants and "fish" in desirable locations, that is, of course, Spain.
